    Email completed form to Jill Iannucci at jiannucci@ce-llc.com

    You will receive a quote of monthly rent, based upon equipment loading, ground space requirements, and the market rate

    You will receive a standard CE-LLC draft lease

    Once we receive the $500.00 application fee, we will send you a due diligence package.

    In general, for towers with more than two tenants, any future collocation will require a structural report

    Pre and/or Post Construction site walks

    Lease and drawings will be reviewed, approved, and signed off on by both parties

    Notice to Proceed form is sent out
